Welcome to the Plat Reference Information System.
This system provides the means to retrieve an image of a known plat book and page and to also perform searches by plat title, street names that are included on the plat and by Guilford County Subdivision Case Number. Before using this application please take a moment to review the instructions on the Home Page.
The plat images on this web site are furnished by the Guilford County Register of Deeds Office in cooperation with the Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Department and the Information Services Department. These images are presented as a public service, and must be accepted and used by the recipient with the understanding that the offices listed above make no warranties, express or implied, concerning the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of this data. Furthermore, these offices assume no responsibility or liability whatsoever associated with the use or misuse of this data.
The database information associated with the plat images is supplied by the GIS Department and is intended to be used as a reference aid and should not be considered part of the Register of Deeds Plat Index. If you have difficulty in reading the information included on the plats due to image legibility issues, please refer back to the physical documents located in the Register of Deeds Office.
The images range in size from 160KB to over 1MB. Depending on your type of Internet connection, download times may be significant.
